Clean room and great location. Bed very hard, didn't sleep well. Waited over 20 minutes in an empty reception room for someone to arrive to check us in. No apologies for the wait. Some issues getting heater working, but they did get resolved in timely manner.

Great location. Easy walking distance to many attractions. Room was very spacious. Very clean. Negatives included no ice available. Saw a review that ice machine was broken four months ago. It still is. We were told to buy ice across the street. Also, bed in my room was extremely hard. Like sleeping on a wooden board. I did not get any rest. A simple 1 inch mattress pad would make a world of difference. Overpriced overall.

Very nice, clean, and in a great place if you like to walk to galleries and restaurants. Hiking is a short drive.

This is a perfect place to enjoy the views, close to shopping and restaurants in Sedona. It’s a very comfortable room with amenities and the view from your window is stunning.
